# Report an error or unexpected behavior to Toma staff

`POST /api/problem-reports`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://www.toma.com`
- URL: `https://www.toma.com/api/problem-reports`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in cookie `better-auth.session_token`

Any signed-in member. Staff are alerted at once. Include the exact error text, where it happened, and the requestId the error gave. A few dozen per account per hour. Same as the report_problem MCP tool (which names the ids request_id and task_id).

## Response `201`

The stored report.

## Other responses

- `400`: Missing description, too long, or it holds a card number or key.
- `401`: No valid session or API key.
- `413`: The request body exceeds 2097152 bytes.
- `429`: Too many reports this hour.
