`POST /api/v1/watchlist`

## Response `200`

What changed.

- ChangeSummary
  - `added` integer, required
  - `updated` integer, required: Entries whose reference changed
  - `unchanged` integer, required
  - `removed` integer: PUT only

## Other responses

- `400`: The body is not JSON (invalid_json).
- `401`: No valid API key (unauthorized).
- `403`: The plan does not allow that many entries (limit_exceeded; details: limit, needed, missing) or monitoring is paused (monitoring_paused).
- `413`: The body is larger than 10 MB (payload_too_large).
- `422`: Some UIDs are not valid (invalid_uid; details list every one) or the body is not valid (invalid_request).
- `429`: Too many requests (rate_limited); see the Retry-After header.
