- `400`: The body is not JSON (invalid_json).
- `401`: No valid API key (unauthorized).
- `409`: The account has a subscription; use the portal (already_subscribed).
- `422`: blocks is not valid (invalid_request).
- `429`: Too many requests (rate_limited); see the Retry-After header.
- `503`: Billing is not configured or not set up (billing_unavailable).
