  - `email_verified` boolean, required
  - `plan` 'trial' | 'monitor' | 'paused', required: monitor: a subscription; paused: trial or subscription ended
  - `monitoring` boolean, required: Whether the list is compared with the gazette
  - `limit` integer, required: Entries the plan monitors
  - `usage` integer, required: Entries on the list
  - `trial_ends_at` string, date-time, required
  - `last_scan_at` string, date-time, nullable, required: Last successful check of the gazette; null for a few minutes after a restart
  - `created_at` string, date-time, required

## Other responses

- `401`: No valid API key (unauthorized).
- `429`: Too many requests (rate_limited); see the Retry-After header.
