# Get fact sheet field definitions

`GET /v2/fact-sheets/fields`

Retrieve titles, definitions and option descriptions for public disclosure fields, keyed by field ID. Match a disclosure to `data[field_id]` and its stored option ID to `data[field_id].values[option_id]`.

Fetch once and reuse across assets. An empty `values` object means no option metadata is recorded. This endpoint accepts no query parameters and does not include token standard or token permission definitions.

The response example is abbreviated; expand the schema to browse all fields and recorded options.
