# Investors v5

`GET /v5/fundraising/investors/{investorId}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.tokenomist.ai`

Fundraising data per investor. v5 keeps the params and response shape of v1, except that fundingRounds[].tokenId is the token slug. Rounds are grouped by token, newest first within a token. Not available on the free trial (403).

    - `queryDate` string, date-time: Timestamp of the query
    - `credit` Credit: Optional quota state for the calling account, returned on most authenticated responses (both success and error). Treat it as optional: it may be absent on unauthenticated requests, demo/playground responses, and briefly right after a monthly reset. `used` is near-real-time and may lag the true count by a request or two.
      - `used` integer: Successful requests (status below 400) made by your account, across all its keys, since the start of the month; errors use no credit. May lag by a request or two.
      - `limit` integer: The plan's request quota for the window.
      - `resetAt` string, date-time: When the quota resets: the 1st of next month, 00:00 UTC (RFC 3339).

    - `investorName` string: Investor name
    - `website` string: Comma-separated list of the investor's links (website and social profiles). May be empty.
    - `latestFundingDate` string, date-time: Funding date of the investor's most recent round, over all its rounds (filters not applied). 0001-01-01T00:00:00Z when one of its rounds has no date.
    - `fundingRounds` InvestorFundingRound[]: The investor's rounds, grouped by token, newest first within a token.
      - `tokenId` string: On v5, the token slug as in Token List v5 when the token has one (v1 returns Tokenomist's own token id instead).
      - `roundName` string: Round stage, for example Pre-Seed, Seed Round, Series A, Private Round, Strategic Round, Public Round, Public Token Sale, Grant, Accelerator or Uncategorized. Undisclosed when unknown.
      - `isLeadInvestor` boolean: Identifier for Lead Investor
      - `fundingDate` string, date-time, nullable: Announcement date of the round, 00:00 UTC; some rounds are known only to the month or year. Null when undated.
      - `totalAmountRaisedinThatRound` number, nullable: Total raised in the round from all investors (not this investor's share), USD. Null when undisclosed.
      - `valuation` number, nullable: Post-money valuation at this round, USD. Null when undisclosed.
      - `pricePerToken` number, nullable: Token price in this round, USD (the same for every investor). Null when undisclosed.
