# Delete a settlement rule

`DELETE /virtual-accounts/{accountId}/settlement-rules/{settlementRuleId}`

The ` DELETE /virtual-accounts/{accountId}/settlement-rules/{settlementRuleId}` endpoint delete an active settlement rule, for a given settlement account.

- `accountId` string, required
- `settlementRuleId` string, required

## Response `200`

Successful response

- DeleteVirtualAccountSettlementRuleResponse: No data returned in the successful response.
