# Delete a model

`DELETE /v2/projects/{projectId}/models/{id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.together.ai`
- URL: `https://api.together.ai/v2/projects/{projectId}/models/{id}`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Permanently deletes a custom model resource. The model must not be in use by an active deployment.

## Path parameters

- `projectId` string, required: ID of the project that owns the model.
- `id` string, required: Model identifier.

## Response `200`

OK

- DEDeleteResponse: Empty response returned after a successful delete operation.
