# Get metrics

`GET /v1/fine-tunes/{id}/metrics`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.together.ai`
- URL: `https://api.together.ai/v1/fine-tunes/{id}/metrics`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Retrieves recorded training metrics for a fine-tuning job in chronological order. All query parameters are optional: omit them to retrieve all metrics.

## Path parameters

- `id` string, required: Fine-tune job ID. A string that starts with `ft-`.

## Query parameters

- `global_step_from` integer
- `global_step_to` integer
- `logged_at_from` string, date-time
- `logged_at_to` string, date-time
- `resolution` integer

## Response `200`

List of metrics snapshots in chronological order.

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid request: bad JSON body or missing job ID.
- `404`: Fine-tune job not found.
- `500`: Internal server error: failed to retrieve metrics.
