# Get Transcript

`GET /v1/external/voice-file/jobs/{jobId}/transcript`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.tiro.ooo`
- URL: `https://api.tiro.ooo/v1/external/voice-file/jobs/{jobId}/transcript`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Retrieve the transcribed text from a completed Voice File Job.

- Available once transcription finishes: when the job is `COMPLETED`, or `FAILED` with `transcriptAvailable: true`
- Returns the full transcript text and detected locales

Transcript data

- Transcript
  - `jobId` string, required: Associated job identifier
  - `locales` string[], required: Locales used for transcription
  - `text` string, required: Transcribed text
  - `segments` TranscriptSegment[]: Optional sentence-level timestamps and speaker labels. Empty when no segment data is available.
    - `startTimeMillis` integer, required: Segment start offset from the beginning of the audio, in milliseconds
    - `endTimeMillis` integer, required: Segment end offset from the beginning of the audio, in milliseconds
    - `text` string, required: Transcribed text for this segment
    - `speakerLabel` string, nullable: Opaque speaker label that is meaningful only within this job. Null when diarization does not assign a speaker.

## Other responses

- `401`: Unauthorized
- `404`: Job or transcript not found
- `422`: `422000 unprocessable_entity` when the transcript is not ready yet or transcription failed. Check the job status: while it is `PROCESSING`, wait for the `voice_file_job.completed` event and retry. When it is `FAILED` with `transcriptAvailable: false`, the transcript does not exist; read `errorMessage` and create a new job.
