    - `sections` NoteDocumentTemplateSection[], required: Template sections
      - `id` integer, required: Section ID
      - `title` string, required: Section title
      - `sectionType` 'PLAIN_TEXT' | 'ACTION_ITEMS' | 'INFORMATIONAL_QNA' | 'EXAMPLE', required: Type of document template section
      - `userInstruction` string, required: User-provided instruction for this section
    - `favorite` boolean, required: Whether the template is favorited by the user
    - `isManaged` boolean, required: Whether the template is managed by the system
    - `isEditable` boolean, required: Whether the template is editable
    - `createdAt` string, date-time, required: Template creation timestamp
    - `lastUsedAt` string, date-time, nullable: Timestamp when the template was last used. Null if never used.
