Publish exactly one Althea document version with the abstract the
user wrote for it.

Lacuna does not trust publication content supplied by the browser. It
validates the token against the named, allowlisted Althea deployment,
then fetches the export and the document pack from that same
deployment as the token's owner.

- AltheaPublicationRequest: The API body: which version to publish and the abstract for it.
