The caller's reading list: their lists; their papers and links with
status, rating, note and lists; and the authors, directions and other
pages in their lists. ``list`` (a list's id or name) narrows all of it
to that list. The reading list page sends it as chat context; Althea's
tasks call it with a bearer on the user's behalf.
