# Get Editing Project By Cell

`GET /api/tryon/editing/projects/by-cell`

## Request

Single-row lookup: is there an active from-cell editing project for
this exact (project, row, cell, source image) tuple owned by the
caller's scope? Drives the frontend's "reopen instead of recreate"
flow — without this, clicking Edit on a cell that already has an
in-flight editing project mints a fresh project every time and the
prior edit history is orphaned.

Returns the same response shape as ``GET /projects/{id}``. 404 when
no active project exists for the tuple (caller should fall through
to ``POST /projects/from-cell``).

## Query parameters

- `project_id` string, uuid, required: Source tryon project id
- `row_id` string, uuid, required: Source tryon row id
- `cell_key` string, required
- `source_image_s3_key` string, required: S3 key of the cell image being edited. Must match the editing project's snapshotted source_s3_key so we only reopen a project anchored on the same image the user is looking at now.
