# Multipart Create

`POST /api/storage/multipart/create`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.tintin-x.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Start a multipart upload: quota check, mint a pending StorageFile
row, and open an S3 multipart upload. Returns upload_id + the server-
chosen part_size / part_count so the browser can drive the chunk loop
deterministically (no ambiguity over how many parts to produce).

  - `agent_id` string, uuid, nullable
  - `folder_id` string, uuid, nullable
