`POST /api/radar/notify-email`

Set (or clear) the shop's radar email delivery address.

notify_email is a DELIVERY address only — it never touches users.email
or login identity. Primary consumer is the embedded Shopify app, whose
headless accounts own a no-MX synthetic address that hard-bounces
(2026-08-15 audit); see tintin-shopify-radar docs/EMAIL-CAPTURE-DESIGN.md.
