`POST /api/platform/storage/files/bulk-get`

## Request

App-backend → Platform: resolve N file_ids to their s3_keys in
one round-trip. Dual-auth: X-Internal-Key (caller identity) + iframe
JWT (user attribution + scope). Used by per-app backends on job
submission so they don't trust raw client-supplied s3_keys.

## Request body

- StorageBulkGetRequest: App-backend → Platform: resolve N file_ids to their s3_keys + metadata in one round-trip when accepting a job submission.
