`GET /api/platform/me`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.tintin-x.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

Identity + wallet + plan for the iframe-JWT-bearing user.

Apps call this once on iframe load. Safe to cache server-side for
~30s; balance staleness is bounded by the next charge attempt
(which reads the fresh wallet via SELECT FOR UPDATE).

Successful Response

- PlatformMeResponse: Subset of platform-side user/team/wallet info safe to share with apps. Apps call this once on iframe load (and may cache for ~30s). Fields chosen to satisfy the common app needs — identity, locale, balance, plan — without leaking auth-adjacent data (no API keys, no internal flags).
