# User Lookup

`GET /api/internal/user-lookup`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.tintin-x.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.tintin-x.com/api/internal/user-lookup`
- Auth: none declared

Read-only email → user_id resolution for internal ops tooling.

The create-or-get sibling above (provision-user) provisions a headless
account when the email is unknown, which makes it unsafe as a lookup.
This endpoint never writes: 404 when no user carries that email.
X-Internal-Key gated like the rest of this router; returns only the
id for an email the caller already holds — no enumeration surface.

## Query parameters

- `email` string, required

## Response `200`

Successful Response

## Other responses
