# Get Effective Prompt

`GET /api/internal/prompt/effective/{key}`

Return the effective (published → code-default → unseeded) prompt for
a registry key. Read-only; consumed by per-app backends (e.g. nail-art)
so an admin-published prompt can take effect in production. Fail-open is
the caller's responsibility — this returns 404 only for unknown keys.
