Write a file into the user's `Apps/<App Title>/` folder on behalf
of a worker (e.g. nail-art's harmonized image output, garment-bulk's
rendered try-on). Internal-key auth — the App backend / worker
mints + sends this from the same VPC.

`installation_id` identifies the workspace scope (resolves to user,
team scope handled by the existing storage filter). `app_slug` is
cross-checked against the install so apps can't write into each
other's Storage folders.
