# Decide Action

`POST /api/fiverr/actions/{action_id}/decision`

## Request

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Approve or reject a pending action.

Owner-only — the decision dispatches a desktop tool against the owner's
Fiverr session, so team mates cannot decide on the owner's behalf.

State transitions:
    pending  → approved  (scheduler will dispatch on next 90s tick)
    pending  → rejected  (terminal — requires reject_reason)
