# Create Action

`POST /api/fiverr/accounts/{account_id}/actions`

Submit a drafted action for owner approval.

Owner-only — agent-side loops authenticate as the agent's owner, which
matches the FiverrAccount's owner_user_id. The ``payload`` shape varies
by action type and is opaque here; the agent pre-validates against ToS
rules before calling this route. Created in ``state='pending'``.

- FiverrActionPendingCreate: Bot drafts an action; owner approves it before it touches the dashboard. ``payload`` shape varies by action type — kept JSON to avoid a Union explosion. Validation that the payload matches the type lives in the bot, not the API. (W2 work; the schema is forward-compatible.)
