# Create Job

`POST /api/data/jobs`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.tintin-x.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

Create a new data job.

Accepts either an explicit `source_id` UUID, or — when `source_id` is
omitted — auto-resolves the source from `config.source_type` (and
optional `config.provider`). The latter shape lets agents fire one POST
instead of querying `/api/data/sources` first.

## Request body

- DataJobCreateRequest: Request schema for creating a data job. `source_id` is optional. When omitted, the API resolves the data source from `config.source_type` (and optional `config.provider`) — agents that only know they want e.g. an Apify actor can pass `config={"source_type": "actor", "actor_id": "clockworks/tiktok-scraper", ...}` without first looking up the source UUID.
