`POST /api/bitables/{table_id}/row-sources/{source_id}/run`

## Request

Run a connector synchronously and stage its rows for approval.

Intended as the user-visible "run now" action and also as the pattern
the scheduler worker (B4 follow-up) uses under the hood. Returns the
new batch_id and the count of staged rows so the UI can jump straight
to the preview.
