Static graph of column dependencies for the FE DAG view.

The shape (nodes + edges + cross_table_refs) is derived purely from
the table's `columns` JSONB. No row data is consulted — this endpoint
is suitable for an initial schema render before the user picks a
row to overlay state on top.
