Unified studio-credit usage for the signed-in user.

The studio_credits pool is shared across nail / garment try-on / video and
is user-scoped (personal wallet), matching the gateway's debit scope.
Returns the spendable balance (0 once expired — no rollover), the expiry,
and the recent ledger (charges negative, grants positive) so the account
/usage page can render one timeline across all products.
