One-time studio credit pack checkout (mode=payment, no subscription).

The insufficient-credits paywall's low-commitment offer. Credits are
granted by the `studio_credit_pack` webhook branch into the non-expiring
`studio_bonus_credits` pool. Personal wallet only.

## Request body

- StudioCreditPackRequest: One-time studio credit pack (no subscription) — the paywall's low-commitment offer. Pack ids + sizes live in billing_service.STUDIO_CREDIT_PACKS. Personal wallet only.
  - `pack` string, required
  - `return_to` string, nullable

## Response `200`

- CheckoutResponse: Stripe Checkout Session redirect URL.
