`POST /api/billing/studio/change-plan`

## Request

Upgrade / downgrade the active studio subscription (Stripe proration).
Optional owner_team_id (flag-gated + owner-only) changes the team plan.

  - `billing_period` string
  - `owner_team_id` string, uuid, nullable
