# Admin Presign Asset

`GET /api/admin/debug/presign`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.tintin-x.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

Return a presigned S3 URL for an asset key (admin auth).

If `download=true`, the URL will include ResponseContentDisposition=attachment
so the browser triggers a download instead of rendering inline.

## Query parameters

- `key` string, required: S3 object key
- `download` boolean: Force Content-Disposition: attachment
- `filename` string, nullable: Optional filename for download
