`GET /api/admin/dashboard/usage`

Studio-credits usage time series, live from studio_credit_ledger.

Per UTC day: charge count, credits consumed (gross), credits refunded,
and a per-unit_kind consumption breakdown. Whitelisted users' personal
wallets are excluded. Credit values are human credits (÷100 boundary).
