System health: per-hour studio activity (24h) + infra probe summary.

Activity comes live from studio_credit_ledger (the old HourlyMetrics rows
only counted the retired agent-platform ledger). The `monitor` block
mirrors /api/admin/health-monitor/summary's overall status.
