# Blocked Users

`GET /api/admin/conversion/blocked-users`

## Request

Users whose try-on was refused by the provider (content_policy) in
[since, until), for the sales/growth recall mail (ev-e7d15be9).

`succeeded_after` = any successful generation after their last refusal,
at any time, so the recall can skip people who already got a result.
Marketing opt-outs and pending account deletions are always excluded
(counted in `excluded`), internal domains unless include_internal.

## Query parameters

- `since` string, date-time, required: ISO date/time, inclusive (UTC)
- `until` string, date-time, required: ISO date/time, exclusive (UTC)
- `include_internal` boolean
