# Add meeting to room

`PUT /rooms/{room_id}/meetings/{meeting_id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.timeless.day/v1`
- URL: `https://api.timeless.day/v1/rooms/{room_id}/meetings/{meeting_id}`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Add a meeting you can access to a room you own or have edit access to. Only meetings that have started can be added, and repeating the request returns `204`. Teammates the room is shared with can read the meetings in it.

## Path parameters

- `room_id` string, required
- `meeting_id` string, required

## Response `204`

The meeting is in the room. No response body.

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid ID, or the meeting hasn't started yet
- `401`: Authentication required
- `403`: API access is not available for this account, or you have read-only access to this room
- `404`: Room or meeting not found or not accessible
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded
