# Get recording

`GET /meetings/{meeting_id}/recording`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.timeless.day/v1`
- URL: `https://api.timeless.day/v1/meetings/{meeting_id}/recording`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Returns a temporary URL to download the recording for a meeting. The URL is short-lived and should be used promptly.

## Path parameters

- `meeting_id` string, required

## Response `200`

The recording URL.

- RecordingResponse
  - `meeting_id` string, required: The meeting ID.
  - `recording_url` string, nullable, required: A temporary, signed URL to download the recording. `null` if no recording is available.

## Other responses

- `401`: Authentication required.
- `404`: Meeting not found.
- `422`: Validation Error
