## Request

## Request body

- object
  - `email` string, email, required
  - `telegram_username` string
  - `locale` 'ru' | 'en'
  - `issue_api_key` boolean: Show a standard API key once after mailbox confirmation.
  - `referral_code` string: Optional inviter code. Referral signup requires manual email and terms confirmation; a new eligible account receives 1000 RUB + 15 USD instead of the ordinary 200 RUB. Unavailable requests fail explicitly and never fall back to ordinary registration.
  - `request_key` string: Required with referral_code. Generate once and reuse for retries with the identical payload; the confirmation email is not sent twice. Never use an email or password as this key.

Mailbox confirmation requested without account enumeration

## Other responses

- `4XX`: Safe API error. Unknown and foreign resources have the same generic 404.
