  - `_unique_id` number: Technical field used as primary key of the model.
  - `project_id` number: Unique identifier for the project.

  - `ind_agent_thread_taken_over_by_flow` number: Indicator of threads that were initially available to be picked up by agents but didn't receive any response and were eventually taken over by a Flow. As such, they disappeared from the Unassigned section.
  - `thread_first_response_time_seconds` number: The time (in seconds) taken for the first agent response in the thread.
  - `thread_duration_seconds` number: The time (in seconds) from first to last message. Is calculated only when a thread contains both agent and visitor messages.
  - `thread_first_response_agent_id` number: The identifier of the agent who made the first response in the thread.
  - `thread_intent` string: The identified intent of the conversation thread.
  - `initial_message_actor` string: Determines the actor responsible for sending the first message, including flows, Lyro AI agent, Lyro Task, agent and visitor.

  - `_updated_at` string, date-time: Technical timestamp (UTC, NTZ)

## Other responses

- `206`: Partial Content
- `408`: Request Timeout. The query took longer than the database's 25s statement limit -- almost always an unbounded read of a large table. Add a `limit`, narrow the date filter, or page with `Range`/keyset instead of scanning the whole table. `Prefer: count=exact` also forces a full scan; use `count=planned` on the large tables.
