OK

- object[]
  - `_unique_id` number: Technical field used as primary key of the model.
  - `project_id` number: Unique project identifier.
  - `agent_id` number: Unique agent identifier.
  - `period_date` string, date: The date corresponding to the information in the row.
  - `cnt_replied_live_conversations` number: Total number of customer conversations the agent replied to on the given date.
  - `avg_first_response_time_sec` number: The average time (in seconds) needed for the agent to respond to the first customer's message in a new conversation.
  - `avg_conversation_duration_sec` number: The average duration (in seconds) of all conversations replied to by the agent on the given date.

## Other responses

- `206`: Partial Content
- `408`: Request Timeout. The query took longer than the database's 25s statement limit -- almost always an unbounded read of a large table. Add a `limit`, narrow the date filter, or page with `Range`/keyset instead of scanning the whole table. `Prefer: count=exact` also forces a full scan; use `count=planned` on the large tables.
