The machine-readable rule: source, query, transform, aggregation, cadence, unit, decimals, precision, revision policy, grade and settlement rights (the terms page and the quoted clause). hash is sha256 of canonical, the exact bytes; every signed report and the Solana feed name the same hash. versions lists each rule version and the date it applies from.
