# Delete Me

`DELETE /users/me`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.tickertrac.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.tickertrac.com/users/me`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`

Self-service deletion of the caller's own account -- distinct from the
admin-only DELETE /{user_id} below. Cascades through existing FKs (watchlists,
watchlist_tickers, theses, tokens). Authentication re-reads users on every
request, so issued credentials lose access as soon as this commits.
