`GET /users/me/activation-progress`

## Request

Project first-use progress from the durable interaction ledger.

The client records a proof view only after evaluated Company Replay evidence or a
stored Investment-theme evidence state is visible. Each event binds to an
owner-validated immutable artifact. Reading those existing milestones keeps Home
aligned with what the investor actually saw without adding parallel mutable state.
