`GET /shared-theses/findings`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.tickertrac.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

- Auth: one of:

Market-wide evidence judged against this user's themes, newest first.

One endpoint rather than one per surface. Filtering happens before LIMIT: doing it
in the browser made a busy unrelated theme able to fill the global page and falsely
tell a company or theme that it had no findings.

Declared before /{shared_thesis_id} so "findings" is not read as an id.
