`POST /shared-theses/draft-link-suggestions`

## Request

The same suggestions while a theme is still being written, before it is saved.

The creation flow asks as the investor pauses typing, so the companies appear under
"Choose affected companies" (owner decision, 2026-09-24). Nothing is stored, and a
tracked company is offered only when it overlaps the words written so far.
