`GET /shared-theses/{shared_thesis_id}/pulse`

The latest pulse for the theme's active exact version.

``refresh`` recomputes first. It is safe to call repeatedly: recomputation is
bounded relational reads and the append is idempotent by input digest, so an
unchanged theme writes nothing.
