`GET /mobile/push/companies`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.tickertrac.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.tickertrac.com/mobile/push/companies`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`

Per-company exceptions, the account defaults they override, the monitored companies, and
whether any phone is connected, so the company page and the Settings panel can show the
controls only where they take effect.
