`GET /explain/history`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.tickertrac.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.tickertrac.com/explain/history`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`

Declared before GET /explain/{ticker} below -- otherwise FastAPI's route
matching would treat "history" as a `{ticker}` path value first, same lesson
already documented in users.py for /audit-log vs /{user_id}.

## Query parameters

- `ticker` string, nullable
- `limit` integer
