# Read Capacity Report

`GET /admin/read-capacity`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.tickertrac.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.tickertrac.com/admin/read-capacity`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`

Retained-read capacity: the durable window by tool and transport, the search
gate, the pool, one aggregate database sample and the active sustained alarms.

Counts and bucket edges only; no argument, cursor, record, credential, query text,
pid or address. The database sample is cached for a minute per sampler and takes
its own connection with a two-second checkout timeout, so refreshing this page
during a pool incident neither waits ten seconds nor adds pressure. Each part
degrades on its own after authentication; authentication still requires the
shared database. The off-host health observer covers loss of that access.

## Query parameters

- `window_hours` integer

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- unknown

## Other responses

- `422`: Validation Error
