Leaderboards: most valuable singles + deepest eBay books (latest day).
Free viewers get the top 25 of each board (FREE_CAPS["top_limit"]),
members up to 100, exactly like the /desk/movers cap. Session requests
skip the edge cache (edge_cache_headers), so a member board never lands
in, or comes from, the shared anonymous copy.
