`GET /v1/public/share/{share_token}`

## Request

One share-token-matched sim (feeds the noindex /share/[token] page).

Resolves on the exact opaque share_token ONLY; hard 404 on no match. The
token is unguessable (new_public_id), so this is not an enumeration surface.
