`GET /v1/airfoils/{airfoil_id}`

## Request

Fetch one of the caller's custom airfoils by ``afl_`` id.

Library sections are not addressed here (they're listed, not fetched by id).
A foreign-owned or missing id returns the identical 404 (anti-enumeration).
